Mode hoist is the manufacturer of electric chain hoist and manual hoist.1.Double brake system- electromagnetic brake (more than 22500 times tested) and mechanical brake system(which is our patent).
2.General: can be applied to 230V to 460V three-phase power.
3.High strength steel plate forming, with stretching steel case, high strength, more durable. In line with the Japanese industrial standard (JIS) IV BB8815-1997.
4.Transmission device: three shifting gears are in the gear box, 2/3 of which is full with machine oil, called oil bath lubrication system. This system can accelerate the transmission of the heat and reduce the attrition and noise, increasing the sieve life.
5. Our chain is Japan FEC chain, G80 chain, made of 25# Silicon nickel carbon 8620# alloy steel and with surface hardening. It can bear 7 times breaking force, insuring durability and security. There are 2 types: black chain and galvanized chain. The black one is used in stage to avoid influencing the stage effect. The galvanized chain is usually used outside.
6. our motor is FUJI motor, with the insulation level F, being able to stand the highest working temperature, 155 centigrade degree, having 30 minutes rating. Durability is the main feature we can toast about. The design service life is 10 years.
About the FUJI motor: it was created in 1980s and got continuous improved, which insured its stable property and nearly perfect.
7. Adjustable limit switch: there are upper and lower limit protection, prevent over travel (only low voltage products).
8. Five tooth lifting chain wheel: the five tooth lifting chain wheel cooperate with the 45 degree chain set, making the chain running smoothly. It has the same rigidity with the chain to reduce the attrition.
9. Chain set /chain guide: The 45 degree chain set or chain guide is our patent, which is used in the M6-W products, mainly stage hoist. It can make the chain run more smoothly, and reduce chain crack effectively.
